Suggested use:
When used as a regular mouthwash at 1/4 to 1/3 oz per application, one bottle will usually last for about a month. Use after brushing the teeth and rinsing with water.
To help combat gum infections, restore fresh breath rinse for 1 - 2 min twice a day for two - three weeks. In the evening use after brushing the teeth and rinsing with water. Do not rinse with water after using Oregano.
To help combat the throat infections gargle two - three times a day. To promote the effect, dilute 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of warm water and gargle before using Oregano.

Gum bleeding is frequently related not to specific gum disorder, but represents a symptom of metabolic disbalance of the whole body. To promote the recovery of gum conditions, help combat gum sores and gingivitis combine mouthwash and gum treatment with herbal oils.
