SHIPPING
Orders are usually processed and shipped next business day but no later than in 2 business days. Check the Status page for any possible shipping delays.Our regular business hours are 9AM to 5PM eastern standard time. Orders placed after 3 PM are usually received next business day.

USA

Regular shipping cost is flat $ 5.00. Orders are shipped via USPS Parcel mail, USPS Priority mail or UPS ground unless requested otherwise.
EXPRESS shipping cost is calculated on the weight basis starting from $ 24.00 for USA orders
Order placed after 3:00 PM EST will most probably be shipped next day. Before placing Express order, check the Status page for possible delays.

TO PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER: List the products you wish to order by product name, size and price. Include shipping cost ( $ 5.00 for regular shipping in USA). Mail ordering information with payment to Floraleads GR, PO Box 5546, CARY, NC 27512. Please include the name and street address with your order. We will confirm the order and shipment date by e-mail, if e-mail address is provided with the order. If you want us to confirm the shipment date by fax of phone, please indicate.
There is a 10% discount on orders paid by check or money order at $ 50.00 or more (before shipping charges)

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are shipped by registered air mail and will require the signature at delivery.
The shipping fee is calculated in the weight/destination basis and is shown at check out page. To view the shipping fee starts check out. After the item list is composed and the shipping address is indicated the shipping fee will be shown before proceeding to the payment page.
Returned international orders. Shipping fee is not refundable. There is a handling fee of USD $ 9.90 for international order returned due to incorrect address, failure to pick up or other reasons. This fee is applied due to extensive amount of paperwork required to ship international order. No handling fee is charged if order was returned due to our mistake.

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS. Worldwide express shipping by USPS Express mail, UPS or FedEx. Cost of shipping is calculated on the weight/destination basis. Before placing Express order, please check the Status page to make sure there is no delays with Express shipping.
